StrikeSlip — a fault line where two tectonic plates grind against each other until something gives.

A living portfolio for an ever-changing landscape.

Like its namesake, StrikeSlip is changing landscapes by disrupting old systems that were built to hold money, not move it.

Philanthropy today favors legacy, preservation, and optics over impact. Far too much philanthropic capital sits idle, keeping change small, and slow.

StrikeSlip helps wealth holders, family offices, and institutions put capital in motion and build new models that move faster and do more.

MEET THE FOUNDER

Kate Czarniak

Over two decades in philanthropy and global development, Kate has seen every side of the system: as a practitioner at IREX, a partner with the Aga Khan Development Network in Central Asia, and later, working alongside global philanthropists at Synergos and ICONIQ.

What she found was a pattern— money trapped by fear, bureaucracy, and the gravitational pull of legacy over real impact. Those experiences shaped a clear conviction: that the way wealth moves must change if the world is going to.

She built StrikeSlip to help make that shift. StrikeSlip helps wealth holders, family offices, and advisors unstick capital and design models that move money faster and do more good.

Let’s get started.
